This information is provided for the website "https://www.acquechiare.it" (Website) owned by Hippo's café by Vacondio Emilio and Vacondio Monica Snc., headquartered at Via Leopoldo Nobili 188/C, Modena 41126, VAT number 03041040365, (Data Controller), acting as Data Controller in accordance with the GDPR.

e. if the chat service is active, to enable the activation of the service, through which the user can contact and be contacted by the Data Controller, with Your consent, while browsing the Website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in carrying out this type of activity. This legitimate interest can be considered equivalent to the interest of the data subject in using the chat service of the Website;
f. to respond to Your requests through the customer care service. Providing data is optional, but Your refusal will result in the Data Controller's inability to respond to Your inquiries through this service. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in responding to user requests. Data provided as part of the "Delivery Address" service

Personal data storage
User data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to ensure the correct provision of the services offered and in any case within the deadlines set by the regulations or by the provisions of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
