    In most of our jams, we use 80% fruit, reducing the amount of added sugars. Slow and gentle cooking allows the fruit to concentrate, resulting in a healthy and genuine product. On average, to obtain 100 grams of finished product, we use 120 grams of fresh fruit.

      We exclusively use "0" Kilometer fruit from the Borghi Agricultural Company located in the Vignolese area, home of the famous Vignola Cherry. Our citrus fruits come from selected Agricultural Companies in the Palagonia area in the plain of Catania.

      All the fruit is processed artisanally, just like our grandmother Clementina used to do.
