"Originality consists in returning to the origins"
"AcqueChiare" is born from the desire for change and transformation; a need to return to the origins, to the simple and genuine things of our Earth.
The idea is to capture in a glass jar the scents and flavors of Italian nature to be able to tell you about them.
Our mission? It is to offer you completely natural products, without the addition of colorants, preservatives, or gelling agents!
We are Monica and Emilio and from us, the "story" of AcqueChiare was born!

Products made using the best strictly Italian raw materials and locally sourced. Our fruit comes from the hills of Modena in the area of Vignola. The citrus fruits come from selected farms in the area of Palagonia in the plain of Catania.
All our products are natural, with no added colorants, preservatives, or thickeners. On average, we use 80% fruit and only 20% added sugars.
Artisanally processed products, cooked slowly and in wide pots for faster evaporation. We concentrate the fruit naturally using on average 120 grams of fruit to obtain 100 grams of finished product.

Cherries of the Durone nero di Vignola variety, large, very dark, with a characteristic heart shape and a firm, almost crunchy flesh, very flavorful, unmistakable, have always been one of the most delicious fruits.
The Jam of Duroni di Vignola is a delightful summer preparation, one of our favorites; ideal not only to spread on slices of bread or toast, for a snack or breakfast, but also to fill tarts, stuff brioches, pastries, decorate ice cream and create many desserts!
The Vignola cherry has very ancient origins, in fact it was already present in the mid-nineteenth century. The climatic conditions of the Emilian territory have allowed the plant to develop, becoming one of the most important varieties not only locally, but nationally. The success and production of these cherries are also due to the growers who pass down to their children the agricultural techniques and harvesting of the product.
